The Alchemy Award

In 2021, Jessica McCollum (Hockinson resident and local Realtor) established this award for one or two deserving HHS Seniors who have "overcome obstacles in life".  This yearly award is determined and presented, directed by Jessica McCollum, to show continued support for the Hockinson Community and to recognize the HSD's efforts to support their students and graduates.  The recipient is selected from the pool of applicants for the Foundation award, so the criteria is consistent with the Foundation's award.

 

Application Procedure

 

• Submit a completed online applications

• Provide two recommendations from non-related adult acquaintances; one from a Hockinson High School faculty member (use the form attached) and one from a non-school associated adult.

• Submit the most current high school transcripts.
