Naz,
I am running 4 ASUS 24" (2 home, 2 work) and love them. No issues with performance or build quality yet and all have an HDMI port.
As for the Corsair closed cooling system you put, read reviews on it. It had less then stellar performance with AMD chips. Intels it worked great but Corsair had an issues with the early model and AMD quads.
I run air (Xigmatek S1283) on my X3 unlocked to X4 and OC'd from 2.8 to 3.6. Runs quick, cool, and stable. Plus it was cheap!

Awesome. I got the Asus 24" from Best Buy. (LINK). It looks great and is the same height as my 4:3 Samsung 20." monitor so they are perfect next to each other in dual monitor mode.
I got the Corsair water cool thing after reading Master's REVIEW - plus I have a lot of the same components as he does including the same case. I'll give it a whirl anyway.

Keep in mind this was just my particular case. Granted i know what I'm doing when I setup equipment but none the less do take in mind what jarhead said. That being said the Corsair H50 worked really well for me and for a introductory watercooler it does a damn good job. I'm running a AMD 9950 at the moment and that has worked really well for me. Some things to keep in mind. Assemble the watercooling setup BEFORE You put the motherboard in the case... otherwise you are going to have to pull it all back out again. I learned this the hard way.
I will be getting a AMD Phenom II 965 here in the next month or two so we will see how this unit performs on the 965. My guess is this will work fine for you. You mentioned to me that you weren't planning on doing any overclocking if this is so this should work great. If you want to overclock your new processor 2ghz then we should probably look at somthing a little diff for you.

I am sure it will work just fine. The H50 as currently built just doesn't out perform air like most of us wish it would.
