Grapefruit League starts in 3 weeks or so, so it is time to invite everyone to join the HPSF Fabtasy Baseball League again.

I love baseball and this is my first time doing fantasy so I have a few questions:
How does the waiver thing work?
Is there like a salary per team?

And I wanna pick up a few more pitchers, what's the best way to do that (i.e. trade some of mine, buy free agents, etc)?

I'm sure i'll have more as it goes.

Edit: Never mind, I just read the rules in the league so I think I have a pretty good idea.
